This small cheese/cutting board was made from Ontario maple, cherry and other woods. The board has been treated with boiled linseed oil, a food safe finish. To clean, wash with soapy water, rinse, dry, store upright not flat and periodically condition the board using a food safe finish such as pharmaceutical grade mineral oil. The board measures about 4 by 6 by 0.5 inches.
