This end grain cheese/cutting board was made from Ontario maple and black walnut. The board has been treated with boiled linseed oil, a food safe finish. It has a routed juice trough on the board. To clean, wash with soapy water, rinse, dry, store upright not flat and periodically condition the board using a food safe finish such as pharmaceutical grade mineral oil. The board measures 8.75 by 9 by 1 inches
