This cutting board was made from Ontario maple and black walnut. The board has been treated with boiled linseed oil, a food safe finish. It has rubber feet to make it non skid. To clean, wash with soapy water, rinse, dry, store upright not flat and periodically condition the board using a food safe finish such as pharmaceutical grade mineral oil. The board measures about 12.75 by 18 by 1.25 inches.
